A noted vocalist from upcoming generation. His basic formal training in Indian classical vocal music i.e.taleem commenced at the small age of five under guidance of mother Mrs. Vrinda Sarvadikar. Then the taleem took place under the guidance of Late. Shri. Dattusingh Gaherwar. Since 2003, his rigorous & systematic Taleem is continued under the iconic "Padmabhushan Dr. Prabha Atre of ‘Kiraanaa Gharaanaa’. Atindra’s path of music is brightened due to his performances all over India & Abroad. Sincerity & sensitivity to the art, devotion to work, studious & humble nature enriched him with rich funds of the knowledge. His creative endeavor as well divers experience as a Singer, Composer, Researcher, Author, Poet and Guru has distinguished him from many other artists of his generation. Atindra is blessed with the original voice. A determined hard work has created a mellifluous voice, which is rich, soul- searching, soothing & stretching over an amazingly wide range of over 3 octaves. An emotionally expressive & musically correct voice ideally suited to the contemporary acoustic environment governed by electronic amplification & sound processing. He Stood First in Uni. of Mumbai in subject of Music with distinction & Grade 'A' for 'M.mus degree. Also honored to become 1st candidate to submit Ph.D. Thesis in the subject of Music at University of Mumbai. He has earned many prestigeous honors, shcolarships. During school and college days received he total 28 state level awards in various reputed music competitions. A regular name to concert circles as well print and electronic media Atindra has wide experience of singing for commercial CD’s, albums, movies, serials, short films, jingles as well for background music. His numerous projects are released by known labels and getting good public acclaim. Apart from Marathi and Hindi he sang in Tamil, Kannada, and Sanskrit etc languages.
